You may return your items within 7 days of receiving them. For all returns there is a 25% re-stocking fee. All returns must be received back with no damage or missing tiles. The Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your items in good condition we will issue a refund less the re-stocking fee.

Slight color variations must be accepted as a normal feature of glass and natural stone tile. It is the buyers responsibility to order a sample to confirm color. Tile Direct will not wave the restocking charge do to variations of the ebay images.

Damage/Shipping claim: Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipment upon arrival. Please inspect your tiles for damage prior to installation. No returns will be accepted after installation has begun. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
